EXCLUSIVE: Fired FEMA worker denies wrongdoing, says Fla. homes skipped due to MAGA verbal attacks on workers
A Federal Emergency Management Agency fired one of their workers for allegedly directing workers not to aid hurricane survivors with Trump signs on their property.
About 20 Lake Placid, Florida homes were skipped and did not receive door-to-door canvasing.
Marn’i Washington says the homes were skipped due to political hostility aimed at the workers. Remember, in North Carolina, some federal FEMA workers were met with guns.
In an exclusive interview, Marn’i Washington spoke with Roland Martin about the accusations being made against her and about her termination from FEMA.
