Diana Sinclair, is a visual artist and curator based in New York City, She was named a 2021 YoungArts National Finalist in Photography in November 2020, and she has since been trying different things with experimental video art and multimedia layering. Her work has been shown in numerous exhibitions around the world, and she is one of the youngest curators in the NFT space, having only curated The Digital Diaspora exhibit and auction in June.
Her story and the exhibition were featured in magazines such as Teen Vogue, Hypebeast, The Guardian, and others. She was named to Fortune’s ‘NFTy 50: The 50 Most Influential People in NFTs’ list in July of this year.
She was selected as one of the featured artists in TIME’s first NFT collection this fall. Most recently, she collaborated with the OneOf platform to design a collection of four NFTs for the Whitney Houston Estate to generate money for the Whitney E. Houston Foundation. An unreleased Whitney song and a video artwork developed by Sinclair, the collection’s centrepiece, sold for $1 million at auction. Diana believes that the next renaissance will emerge from the junction of art and technology, and she is passionate about making work that celebrates this progression as a young person in this unique moment.
